Your use of such integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data as necessary to provide the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.
The AI chatbot provides automated responses generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice. Users should independently verify important information provided by the chatbot.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPIPHANY AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
